Mrs. Julia Mae Cutler Clark, 81, a resident of 108 W. Seventh St., Washington, died Wednesday, March 12, 2014. A funeral will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014, at House of Prayer Deliverance Ministries. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, 2014, at the Whitfield & Whitley Chapel and other times at the home of Thermon and Joyce Moore.
