Mrs. Cynthia Mair, 59, died March 19, 2014, at Ridgewood Manor, Washington. The family is receiving friends at the home of her daughter, Juanita Moore-Cooper, 112 Brinkley Ave., Plymouth. Arrangements will be announced by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
