Mr. Lacy Vain Lucas, a resident of 1778 Bergen St, Brooklyn, N.Y., and formerly of Swan Quarter, died Monday, March 24, 2014. A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 29, 2014, at the Church of God in Christ on the Hill, Brooklyn. Visitation is at 9 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are by Sampson Funeral Home, Brooklyn, with local arrangements by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home, Washington.
