WASHINGTON NOON ROTARY | CONTRIBUTED RASTA: Steven Wood (far right), Washington Noon Rotary’s Reverse Raffle event chairman, awards Rotarians Asef Thaher (left) and Trent Tetterton (center) WNR’s Reverse Raffle “Best Photo Challenge” prize of a $500 donation to their favorite charity. For the winning photo Asef (2nd photo) donned a Rastafarian tam and dreadlocks while his “soul brother” Trent wore oversized sunglasses and an afro hairstyle … it was a lovely sight! Unfortunately, Trent was behind the camera and missed out on the photo op. Asef and Trent opted to split their prize between Ruth’s House (domestic violence shelter) and the Greater Pamlico Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.
