Charlie Mack Pierce, 75 of New Bern, died March 30, 2014 at his son’s home in Belhaven. He is survived by his son, David W. Pierce, of Belhaven; one brother, Joe Pierce, of Macon, GA; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Cotten Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, April 4, 2014 at Neuse River Baptist Church. Burial will follow at 2:30 pm in the Stony Creek Cemetery in Ahoskie, NC. Arrangements are by Cotton Funeral Home in New Bern. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rainbow Prison Ministries c/o Neuse River Baptist Church P. O. Box 3067 New Bern, NC 28564.
