Mrs. Annie Ruth Harvey of 4043 Old Blounts Creek Road in Chocowinity, died Sunday, April 20, 2014, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter Carrie Garrett, 4077 Old Blounts Creek Road, Chocowinity. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Leon Randolph Funeral Home, 208 West Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in Washington.
