Mr. William Thomas Mourning, 98, of River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, died Tuesday, April 29, 2014. The family will receive friends at the home of Dr. Douglas and Debra Hooker Cadwell, of 4261 Highway 264, Washington. Arrangements are by Whitfield and Whitley Funeral Home.
