Ethel B. Ingram Randolph, 70 of Washington, died Saturday, May 3, 2014, in Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. Mrs. Randolph was the daughter of the late Etta Means and Dock Ingram. She is survived by her sister Carrie Russell of Akron, Ala. A memorial service will be held in Alabama at a later time. Jimmy D. Sawyer Funeral Director is serving the Randolph family.
