Members of TriCounty Telephone Membership Corporation can look forward to being entertained by Double Portion prior to the 2014 Annual Meeting of Members.  The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, May 15, 2014, at Northside High School in Yeatesville, North Carolina.  The doors will open at 7 p.m. and entertainment will be provided until 7:25 p.m.

Double Portion has been together as a full group for about six years. Jay, Jennifer and Paula say, “We know God has brought this group together like pieces to a puzzle; one by one until the pieces fit.” Starting out singing locally, the group has now traveled to four other southeastern states with their music ministry.

Scott Biesecker, CPA, will present the 2014 Financial Report for TriCounty Telecom.  The following members have been nominated for directors: Clarence E. Tetterton—Pinetown exchange, Gary R. Burbage—Sidney exchange and C. Wayne Black—Pike Road exchange.  One director is to be elected from each of these exchange areas.

Presiding at the meeting will be Frank W. Waters, President, TriCounty Telecom Board of Directors.  TriCounty Telecom, located in Belhaven, provides local telephone service in the Pinetown, Pike Road and Sidney exchanges of Beaufort, Hyde and Washington Counties.  Cable TV, Internet Access, Web Hosting and Design and Long Distance are also telecommunications services offered by TriCounty Telecom.
