Johnny Ray Wainwright, Jr., age 56, a resident of 1150 Sparrows Bay, Blounts Creek, N.C. died Monday May 12, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville.

A graveside funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday May 18, 2014 at Warren Memorial Cemetery in Blounts Creek.

The family will receive friends 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday May 17, 2014 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington and other times at the home.
