Mr. William Thomas O’Neal resident of River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Washington died Monday, July 7, 2014. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, July 14, 2014 at St. Miller Missionary Baptist Church, Belhaven. The family will receive friends at the home of Ms. Clara Dills 563 California St. in Belhaven. Visitation is Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. at Whitfield & Whitley Chapel.
