WASHINGTON MONTESSORI PUBLIC CHARTER SCHOOL | CONTRIBUTED AROUND THE WORLD: Children from Washington Montessori Public Charter School’s 7-week summer camp program are studying Africa this week and made flags of each country in the continent. Each week of the summer camp, the children have studied a different continent by doing crafts, making food and playing games from the continent they are studying. Pictured are (left to right) Colin Rivenbark, Caleb Woolard, Jacob Matthews, Logan Alligood, Lauren Alligood, Hayden Denny, Grant Windham, Davis Windham and Deeson Swain. The flags of each country in Africa, made by the children, are hanging above their heads, pictured above.
