FUNDRAISING: This beautiful mermaid was created by Heike Winfield. Winfield and her husband Ron are the owners and operators of Winbrandt Creations located at 283 East Walter Street, Belhaven. The Winfields donated this fine work of art for a raffle to raise money for the Belhaven Public Library. Becky Smith, Belhaven resident and owner of Rack Time in Belhaven, was the winner of the drawing.
