INFANT NICOLAS CAGE FORNES

Infant Nicolas Cage Fornes, son of Marsha Leann Brickhouse and Timothy Art Fornes, was born and died on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

A memorial service will be held 6:00 PM Saturday, September 6, 2014 from the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home and Crematory in Washington, conducted by Glenn Brickhouse.

Nicolas is survived by his parents, Marsha Leann Brickhouse and Timothy Art Fornes both of Washington; maternal grandparents, Ramona and Donald Lanier of Washington, Milton Brickhouse of Creswell; paternal grandparents, Jackie Glisson of White Lake, Art Fornes of Winterville, Randal Palmer of White Lake; aunts, Candy Brock, Kimberly Brickhouse, Elaina Lanier Smith, Makayla Brickhouse, Heidi Brickhouse; and uncles, James Brock, Donald Lanier II, Kyle Brickhouse.

The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
