Mrs. Minnie Mae Woolard Pinkham, age 94, a resident of 103 Panticough Dr., Washington, died Wednesday, September 10, 2014.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 2:00pm at Pamlico Memorial Gardens, officiated by Pastor Tad Tankard. A private family visitation will be held from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Saturday September 13, 2014 at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will receive friends at her home.
Mrs. Pinkham was born in Beaufort County on October 1, 1919 to the late William Luther and Ella Tetterton Woolard. She married the late Robert Earl Pinkham, Sr. in September 1945. She loved to garden and work in her yard, in her spare time she made floral arrangements and placed them throughout her home. She also loved to read her bible and was a member of the Church of God.
Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Pinkham Smith and her husband Dalton of Washington, a son, Robert Earl Pinkham, Jr. and wife Dianne of Washington, three grandchildren Holland Midyette III, David Hudson, and Amanda Pinkham, two great grandchildren, Holly Midyette, and Alyssa Hudson. In addition to her parents and her husband, she is preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Pinkham, two brothers and four sisters.
