Thomas Grant Manseau Sr., a resident of Williamston, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 15, 2014, at Biggs Funeral Home Chapel, officiated by Rev. Adron Modlin. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014, at Biggs Funeral Home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, Williamston.
