Mrs. Mary Florence Ange Modlin, 86, of Williamston, died Sunday, Sept. 14, 2014 at Universal Rehab and Healthcare of Raleigh. A funeral will be conducted on Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Biggs Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Martin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are by Biggs Funeral Home, 302 West Main Street, Williamston.
