Sarah Holmes Spruill, 78, of Greenville and formerly of Plymouth died Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. Funeral service will be held Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell. Burial will follow in Azalea Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 9, 2014 following the service at the graveside. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
