Mr. Frankie Carl Brown, 66, of 16658 N.C. Highway 125, Williamston, died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2014, at Vidant Chowan Hospital. A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2014, at Back Swamp Church of Christ with apostle Roell Rodgers officiating. Burial will be private. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2014, at Mercedes Funeral Mansion & Cremation, Williamston, which is in charge of arrangements.
