Mr. Cecil Lamar Stephens, age 73, a resident of Chocowinity, NC and a former resident of Bartow, FL died Sunday October 26, 2014 at Vidant Medical Center of Washington, NC. In keeping with Mr. Stephens’ wishes no services will be held. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington is serving Mr. Cecil’s family.
