Capt. Donald Walter Schwanke, 82, USMC Retired of Plymouth died Thursday, January 1, 2015 at his residence in Plymouth. Funeral service will be held Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Zion’s Chapel Church of Christ, Roper. Burial with military honors will follow in the church cemetery. Family will receive friends on Saturday, January 3, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth and other times at the residence. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
