MICHAEL WILLIAM POLOVITCH

April 27, 1983 – January 5, 2015

 

Michael William Polovitch, age 31, a resident of Whiting, NJ and formerly of Pantego, NC, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2015 at the VA Hospital of East Orange, NJ. Michael was born in Elizabeth, NJ on April 27, 1983 son of Michael C. Polovitch and Patricia Meadows. He served in the US Army from 2007 to 2008. Michael was employed as a HVAC Technician.

Michael is survived by his father, Michael C. Polovitch of Belhaven, NC; his mother, Patricia Meadows of Whiting, NJ; his sister, Michele Blackman and husband Kevin of Shelby, NC and their children, Tara Askew and Blake, Brody, and Mason Blackman.

A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held on Friday, January 23, 2015 at 2pm in the Brig. Gen. WC Doyle Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown, New Jersey.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Hillside Funeral Service, 4500 Hwy 264 E., Washington, NC.
