HAIL TO THE CHIEF: Custodian Walter O’Neal portrays President Barack Obama and bookkeeper Carol Minor appears as First Lady Michelle Obama during Chocowinity Primary School’s recent Black History program. While CPS students took on a majority of the roles in the production, O’Neal and Minor were asked to appear as the president and first lady.
