Mr. Cecil Ray Drake, 64, of 107 Jackson Heights Drive, Plymouth, died March 18, 2015, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice, Greenville. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday, March 23, 2015, at Toodle’s Chapel with Bishop Willie Bell officiating. Burial will follow in Toodle’s Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at Toodle’s Funeral Home and other times at the home. Arrangements are by Toodle’s Funeral Home, Plymouth.
