Mrs. Peggy Smith McCollum, 67, a resident of 1204 W. Fifth St., Washington, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Oakdale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, March 27, 2015, at Paul Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home of Sally Swain, 65 Country Lane, Washington. Arrangements are by Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington.
