Mr. Moses Louis Bland Jr., 63, of 520 Jefferson St., Plymouth, died Friday, April 3, 2015, at Washington County Hospital Plymouth. The family will be receiving other relatives and friends at the following locations: 520 Jefferson Street and/or 211 Fort Williams St., Plymouth.
