Project New Hope hosts communications class for program participants

PURPOSE OF GOD ANNEX NEW GRADS: Pictured are Project New Hope participants DeJohnte McCall and Luigi Phillips in communication classes taught by retired professor Al Mullis. These classes will prepare them for proper and effective strategies for communicating during job interviews and when they become employed also. Project New Hope, run by Purpose of God Annex Outreach Center, is a yearlong program designed to educate and teach job and life skills to those trying to overcome past criminal convictions. This year’s Project New Hope graduation will be held at noon on May 22, at First Presbyterian Church in Washington. The public is invited to attend.
