Mr. William Frank “Dicky” Williams, 63, of 200 Gatlin St., Apt. 40, Roanoke Apartments, Williamston, died Monday, May 11, 2015, at home. A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday, May 16, 2015, at the chapel of Mercedes’ Funeral Mansion and Cremation, Williamston, which is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be private. Visitation is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, May 15, 2015, at the Biggs-Brown Chapel.
