Rev. William Edward Ruffin, 67, of 104 Latham Lane, Plymouth died May 31, 2015 at Windsor House in Windsor, NC.

Funeral services will be 11:00AM Monday June 8, 2015 at Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ with Elder Wilbert Jackson, pastor, Elder Harry Hedgebeth, eulogist. Burial will be in Carver Cemetery, Suffolk, VA.

The body will be placed in church 10:00AM Monday at Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ.
