Mrs. Juanita Ambrose Phelps, 81, of Creswell, died Monday, June 8, 2015, at Vidant Inpatient Hospice in Greenville. A funeral was conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at Philippi Church of Christ, Creswell, with Glenn Brickhouse, Thomas Biggs and Don Phelps officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Arrangements were by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
