2015 DEB: Jessica Winesette will make her debut at the 89th annual North Carolina Debutante Ball to be held in Raleigh on Sept. 10–12. The weekend will hold eight separate functions in honor of the debutantes, their families and escorts, culminating in a formal presentation at Meymandi Concert Hall. Jessica is the daughter of Kimberly and Michael Winesette, of Mooresville, and the granddaughter of Bob and Lou Tyndall of Washington.
