VAIL STEWART RUMLEY | DAILY NEWS LOCAL TALENT: Community talent gathered at Arts of the Pamlico’s Turnage Theatre on Tuesday night to rehearse for tonight’s Creative Underground, a fundraiser for Washington’s soon-to-be Underground Railroad Museum in the “red” caboose at Washington Civic Center grounds. The show, featuring music, storytelling, dance and comedy routines, begins at 7 p.m. A $5 donation is suggested at the door.
