Ms. Alisa Jean Mourning formally of Washington, died Friday, Sept. 18, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pa. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, 2015, at Leon Randolph Memorial Chapel 208 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Washington, burial will follow Cedar Hill Cemetery, Washington. Visitation will be 5– 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, 2015, at L.R. Randolph Memorial Chapel and other times at the home of her aunt, Mrs. Ellen Cox, 804 W. 13th St., Washington. Arrangements by Leon Randolph Funeral Home.
