Ms. Emma Blondell Whitaker Collins, 75, resident of Golden Living formerly of 942 Fowle Dr., Washington died Thurs. October 22, 2015. A funeral service will be conducted 1:00pm Tuesday, October 27, 2015 @ Word of Life Worship Center, Market St. Ext., Washington. The family will receive friends at the home of Ms. Mary Winfield 2470 Frederick Rd., Chocowinity. Visitation Monday 1:00-6:00pm at the Whitfield & Whitley Chapel. Arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
