Jabie Zar “Mac” McGowan Sr., 77, of Creswell died Friday, December 11, 2015, at his residence in Creswell.

Memorial service will be held Monday, December 14, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell, with Thomas Biggs officiating. Family will receive friends on Monday at the funeral home following the service and other times at the residence of his daughter, Celeste.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family in care of Celeste Phillips, 9576 Newland Road, Creswell, N.C. 27928.
