Mrs. Tammy Toler Wooten
Feb. 2, 1971 – Dec. 22, 2015 

Mrs. Tammy Renee Toler Wooten, age 44, a resident of Ayden, died Tuesday, December 22, 2015.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Wanoca Presbyterian Church in Washington, conducted by Pastors Travis Boyd and Cliff Britton. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Thursday at the church.

Mrs. Wooten was born in Beaufort County on February 2, 1971. She was the daughter of Gloria Wilson Carson and the late Henry Hyrum Toler.  Mrs. Wooten was married to Danny Lee Wooten. She was a homemaker and an animal lover.

In her spare time, Mrs. Wooten loved NASCAR races, four-wheeling at Busco Beach and eating. She was known to have a “Green Thumb” when it came to gardening.

Mrs. Wooten is survived by two daughters, Kelly Renee Woolard of Chocowinity, Elizabeth L. Woolard and boyfriend, Michael Jones both of Chocowinity; brother, Timothy Wayne Toler of Chocowinity; sister, Tracey Mayo of Chocowinity; mother, Gloria Carson of Washington; her two shih tzus, Poo-Poo and Moo-Moo and her pot belly pig, Pork Chop.

Mrs. Wooten was preceded in death by her father, Henry Hyrum Toler.
