From Beaufort County Community College
The Small Business Center at Beaufort County Community College can help current and prospective business owners learn to use social media to their advantage in this workshop scheduled for 6 to 9 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 16, at the Washington County Center, 100 N.C. Highway 32 North, Roper.
Social media – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube among others – plays a big part in a business marketing plan. This workshop will help participants increase their presence on these different social media platforms.

Williams is a Microsoft Office Specialist and small business owner and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Elizabeth City State University.
Attendance at the workshop is free of charge but to ensure seating and to allow for adequate preparation of materials, pre-registration is encouraged. To pre-register, contact Eva Peartree at 252-940-6375 or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
