Ebbie L. Toler, age 59, a devoted father and a life-long resident of North Carolina, died Thursday, February 25, 2016 at his residence. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hillside Funeral Service & Cremations, Hwy 264 E, Washington, has been given the honor of being entrusted with serving the Toler family.
