Mr. Hilton Chester Bowen Jr., age 90, a resident of Washington, died Thursday, March 10, 2016 at Greendale Forest Nursing and Rehabilitation in Snow Hill.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, March 13, 2016 in the Chapel of Paul Funeral Home & Crematory of Washington. The family will receive friends at the home following the service at 728 Flanders Filters Road, Washington.
