William Bruce Alligood

William Bruce Alligood, 62, of Singleton Street in Washington, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2016 in Vidant Medical Center. Mr. Alligood was born on October 27, 1953 to Sallie Anne Sheppard Alligood and James Robert Alligood and was the widower of Karen Avant Alligood.

Survivors include his daughter Tonya Latham and her husband Shannon of Washington; his son Anthony “Tony” Alligood and his wife Misty of Greenville, NC; his sister Judy Everette; his brothers: Ray Alligood and Ronald Alligood, all of Washington; his six grandchildren: Michael, Taylor, Damien, Harley, Reyna and Devon; and his two dogs Biscuit and Jordy.

A celebration of Mr. Alligood’s life will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 10, 2016 with Reverend Phillip Jethro officiating.
