NEW CHAPTER: Twenty-five Project New Hope participants celebrated the 12th annual graduation ceremony Friday afternoon at First Presbyterian Church in Washington. Project New Hope is a rehabilitation program created by the Purpose of God Annex Outreach Center to help people going down the wrong path to turn their lives around. The ceremony included testimony from participants and community leaders, including Washington Mayor Mac Hodges and state Sen. Bill Cook. This year’s graduates included: Milaya Bailey, Lydia Barrow, Kasey Bragg, Dwain Brickhouse, James Carver, Terree Clark, Raymond Collazo, Tomekia Cox, Chastidy Dudley, Eric Gray, Deloris Holley, Jerry Keimig, Josh Keimig, Roland Lawrence, Kerry Lupton, Eric McCray, Artessia Moore, William Moore, Ceasar Nelson, James Porter, Martina Pruitt, Songia Rodman, Hector Rosado, Gary Sikes and Charlene Spencer.
