Mr. Charlie Spencer, formerly of Bath, and a resident of River Trace Rehabilitaiton Center, died July 10, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Who So Ever Will Church, W. Ninth Street, Washington. Viewing will take place at New Beginning Funeral Home on Bonner Street, from noon to 6 p.m., Friday, July 15, 2016; burial will follow at Providence Cemetery in Chocowinity. The family will receive friends at 121 Alderbrook Circle, Apt. 202, Washington. Arrangements are by New Beginning Funeral Home.
