Edward Windley, of 5263 Hwy 99 South, Belhaven, died July 26, 2016 at home. Funeral service will be Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 1:00pm at St. Stephen Community Church, Bath. A viewing will be held at the church one hour prior to service. Funeral arrangements are by Whitfield & Whitley Funeral Home.
