Jay Allen Waters, age 57, a resident of N. Boyd Road, Pinetown, NC, died Tuesday, August 23, 2016. A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 am today at Hunter’s Bridge Church of Christ, Pinetown. Burial will follow in the Waters Family Cemetery.
