Levenia Hill Belch, 88, of Hwy 42, died Saturday, September 3, 2016 at home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the Powellsville Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. James Hopkins. Burial will follow in the Colerain Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, Sept. 9 from 7-8:30 PM at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, and from her son’s home at 1131 Hwy 42, Colerain, at other times. Walker Funeral Home in Windsor is serving the Belch family.
