William Roebuck, 79, of 2219 Ray Turner Road, Oak City, died Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at the Brian Center in Windsor. A graveside funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 12, 2016, at Oak City Cemetery with the Rev. Lyle Brackin officiating. Visitation is from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, 2016, at Walker Funeral Home, Williamston.
