Mrs. Deborah Kay Blakely Weiner, age 53, a resident of 6972 Market St. Ext., Washington, died Sunday, September 25, 2016.

Memorial services will be 3:00 pm Thursday, September 29, 2016 at the Salvation Army and will be conducted by Captain Bruce Rabon.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
