Eric Combs of Columbia has received the James Franklin & Hannah Roberson Bagwell Endowment Scholarship. Combs, 35, is a computer information technology student and attended Columbia High School. Son of Annette Combs of Columbia and Eric Sykes of Palmyra, NJ, he plans to pursue a bachelor’s degree.
