Emily Bowen Kelly of Washington passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2016 in Autumnfield of Belhaven. A memorial service will held on Monday, October 31, 2016 at 11:00 am at the First Presbyterian Church, Gladden Street, Washington, with visitation immediately following the service.
