Louise Phelps Stillman, 89, of Roper, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2016, at her residence in Roper. Graveside service will be held Monday, Oct. 24, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Scuppernong Church of Christ Cemetery, Creswell. Family will receive friends on Monday at the graveside following the service and other times at the residence. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Creswell.
